We checked for one of the north facing BDA site very near to Jambu savari dinne , i think its 8thphase 2nd block ,they are quoting 3250 psft !! but what i have seen is..there are very few sellers of BDA site in this area. any idea when is cauvery water expected here?

Also , i heard there is plan for metro rail here ..any idea where it passes and any threats for buyers here.?

The BDA sites will be obviously more than Royal county plots right ? The royal county plots are quoting at 2800-3000.

BWSSB guys told me by end of 2012 , but I dont believe because they can tell anything like that!! But an RTI filed on this by one Mr.N.Jagadish ( Ref: http://articles.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/2010-01-09/bangalore/28138604_1_water-shortage-water-supply-proper-water ) , was replied as end of 2009 which is already over Pipelines are all there but pumping has not started.

No AFAIK, there is no metro rail plan here. But one of the architects in this area told me that there is a remote chance ( I am not sure how true it is ) that mono rail might go elevated , through the 80ft road and then enter Kembethahalli and take a right turn to enter Anjanapura. Again no threat to buyers and if it comes , its gonna be good . Again am almost sure that nothing would be affecting the plot owners here because its already marked by BDA only as residential plots and so many houses are already there.

You may go to Banashanakari BDA office and go to the Engineering section. Request for plan copy and you may have to pay official as well as un-official ( !!) charges.

Can somebody tell me the current market price at JP Nagar 9th Phase, 7th Block.. it's located backside of Royal Lake Residency - 3rd Phase South / IMG Elite. Broker is quoting me Rs 2600/- per Sq Ft. Is it reasonable. Let me know your thoughts please.

A family friend has a 60x40 plot in Nayak Layout - next to Jambu Savari Dinne bus stop. I am considering buying it from him. Can you guys weigh in on what the prevailing rate is for this area? I'm not sure if its BDA layout or not. Does that make a difference in prices??
