price of plot in AECS Layout (Kundalahalli)

I'm interested in knowing the running price for BBMP plot in AECS Layout, 'D' block, Kundalahalli.

Please let me know.

Last heard was 4500 per sqft for a 60x40 site. Should be more for 30x40 site.

I heard 3700(BBMP) to 6000 in AECS Layout (BDA)

Sites surrounding AECS price maybe little lower than 4500 (say around 4000). But these might not have A khata.
Not sure about upper range (6000) though. Feel it is a tad high.

Hi,

I saw one land available for 3800 /sqft in aecs layout with BBMP B khata. Its a 40*80 & i will be buying only 40*40. In future I want to construct my own home there. Does this sound
ok or expensive for this area? Also, will I be able to get A khata for half of the site & plan approval for contructing. What are the problems which I can face if I buy only half portion(in registration etc)

3800 /sqft in aecs layout with BBMP B khata is reasonable rate. Iam not sure about bifurcation of land. I feel it is too risky since lands with B khata does not have proper records. There might be lot of legal issues later.

jsv builders are charging Rs. 3500sft for land at aecs layout pre launch rate for a A khata gated community villa project. compare to what i see here on this section it seems to be fine.
