I am in discussions for a property in Survey number 50/1 with BBMP Khata 2240/219. Please let me know if you are aware of any legal issues or court cases in this survey number OR Khata series.
I heard about some court cases in 50/2 and 58 survey numbers.

Did you go ahead with the purchase? Is there any legal issues wrt to this.I am in discussion for a property in the same survey number (50/1) with BBMP Khata 789/219.I can see construction of couple of houses going on just next to this plot.I spoke to couple of neighboring houses,as per them there are noissues
I came to know about the cases in 50/2 survey number (OS No 464/2004) and 58 (408/2014) through this website but nothing in 50/1 survey
