I am planning to buy a site in your Royal Shelters Layout. And I came to know that this layout is not authorized by BDA.
And BDA also posted this information on their website. You could see this here.

I don't know It is the latest one or not. How do I verify that?
But RS Developers website says that you got endorsement from BDA.
So anyone already purchased/verified with lawyer for this layout?
