Hi,

I am planning to buy site for the investment purpose.

I saw adds regarding the site for sale in ITI layout. Just wanted to get clarification from you guru's before planning to see the site.

Is ITI layout price will grow in future and how about the development in this area.?? What is the approximate sq.ft rate in ITI layout.

It would be great if you recommend any other area if you think it will grow in future.
