Hi,

The mention of 30x40 is approximate isn't it. - Actually it is 9 x 12 mtrs = 1162.5 sft @ 5250.00 = 61 lacs.
Kindly clarify the rate vs the area of land.

Yes BDA allots site in Mtrs. which is 9 X 12 =108 Sq. Mts. For all practical purposes this is considered 1200 Sq. Ft. and that was how I purchased from the original allotee. If you are interested and willing to settle quickly, we can take it further.
