At current rates less than 30L is difficult for 30x40('A' Khatha ).BDA site is impossible even for 30 Lakhs(30x40).

I don't have any plot to sell.
Since 2 years(2012) back i bought 'A' Khatha on Banneraghatta road i have idea on BDA/BBMP layouts on Banneraghatta road.
BBMP : Nobonagar/Ramanasree/Pavamana/Noble residency/Incity/Laksmi/Nisarga(BMRDA) etc
BDA :JP Nagar 8/9th phase,Anjanapura 11/10 blocks.

All the above areas are with in 2 to 2.5 kms reach to gottigere

I dont think u can get even an "A" khata site for that budget. prabhakar has already mentioned the layouts. u can try!!

Rates till Nice road junction is around Rs.3000/sqft now for BMRDA sites.
