hi friends,
I am planning to buy a a 30x40 site near JP Nagar 8th phase, 2nd block.
Its near arya hamsa apartment, please refer to the attaced image for exact location(location marked in red)
These are revenue sites, converted to BDA-khata, after the akrama-sakrama scheme in 1996
Please please share any info on the legal status of these sites/ Any ongoing litigations ...etc?
I consulted two lawyers both of them say legally no issues.
But one lawyer's friend, who is a local builder in this area, says there are some litigations; But he does not know the case details
He vaguely remembers some one telling this. Is he just trying to scare me and pushing me to buy from his apartment project?
or there really some issues ;
I know many members live near this area/own site near this area.
So please share any info you might know
