Please maintain some decency in your language ,everyone in this forum has right to express their view on any thing.We are neither against to brokers nor buyers.The motto of this forum is to bring transparency in the real estate world.
These are only my personal opinion on brokers
I should say a broker is a very important person in real estate world .All the problem arrives at what kind of broker is good?
Today brokers are behind easy money rather than providing genuine services to people.I can see a clear difference how an elderly aged broker works and a young fellow.
I remember my dad took more than 2 years to purchase the same plot and the way broker helped him in all manners.In current market they say we give you contact and come to collect the commission during registration.
I wonder when we can create a education system for all these grey markets.Broker never understands his value,buyer gets cheated in 70% cases ,owners play double game,Govt wanted no transparency in legal documents ,site registration ,BBmp sanctions since 90% real estate is under political blankets.
