I have a site in a BMRDA approved layout walkable from popular layouts like JR meadows, Smilee Celestial, etc. Its east facing completely developed layout with water, security, 6 ft wall, waste treatment, parks, etc. Its located in neralur, hosur road.
I need to do a quick sell. 850/- per sqft price though surrounding layouts are selling for 1000+ [check the above layouts listed for prices]
