BSK 6th stage itself is called has ANJANAPURA BDA layout.

If seller has rights to quote his own price then I have my own rights to decline/comment in my own way. nobody can stop me in doing so. If you want u speak smoothly in your own way.
Take a look at Wikimapia, Anjanapura is situated east of Kanakapura road (http://www.wikimapia.org/#lat=12.863612 ... anjanapura) and BSK 6th Stage is situated west of Kanakapura road (http://www.wikimapia.org/#lat=12.875863 ... th%20Stage). Before advising others on price, it would be wise to understand the geography of Bangalore.
