Yes, whatever Keshava and Sundar said is exactly what is happening in BSK6. Is there anyway we can pursue BDA to impose a rule such as not keeping the plots unbuilt for more than a certain nos of years? Genuine buyers who wish to build a home cant purchase due to high rates n cant build due to lack of houses there. I know many ppl who already have a BDA allotted plot in bangalore n have been again allotted in BSK6, who have kept their plot vacant just as a future investment. I too am searching for a suitable plot from the last 6 months, but either the rate or the location is not suitable. So, my search is still on.
Forum members, please come forward, if possible we can try to break this owner-agent nexus , so that atleast ppl who genuinly want to build a home in BSK6 can benefit.

Re: BDA site for sale in BSK 6th stage
As per BDA rules, one family can get only one plot. However, many people would have violated that by giving false affidavit. False affidavit (to mislead a government servant for personal benefit) can lead to imprisonment as per the law.
In terms of constructing the house, if BDA plot is leased for 10 years, within 5 years allottee has to construct the house.
My own experience is that it is not owner-agent nexus, it is generally the owner falling prey to agents due to some urgency or the other. Once the owner signs the agreement, he is dead since - agreement can be questioned in 3 years, can be enforced for violation of contract act and can be forced for violation of specific clause in the agreement.
