I am looking for an investment in residential plots around Sarjapur area?
Can someone guide me if it is a good place to invest?

Which is a good builder\Developer in that area?
I saw couple of projects from confident group. few plots are released and some are in un-released state.
What is the reasonable rate?

Please provide some guidance on this.

Hi Anil,

Sarjapur area is not good for investment. because

1. Huge water problem is there in Sarjapur area.
2. you don't get BBMP, BDA sites in that area.
3. prices are very high and lot of litigation in land
4. This area real estate is booming because of IT companies in outer ring road, its completly artificial, if slowdown comes, prices will drop in that area.

My suggestion to you is invest in Bangalore South...you will get all facilities like road, cavery water and...its 100% residential..your land price will appriciate every month.
