As usual an advt in the form of researched news format.
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city ... 613092.cms
Does any one see any kind of research / market analysis in this article.Why to a leading new paper just make some worth less articles on to the main page.
One can say that this is just to boost up with some builder project (probably there will be a huge ad about new project in a day or so
)
Don't they see there is sever water crisis in North Bangalore , No greenery at all , worst connectivity, what the hell to do with airport connectivity for a middle class person and on top they say Whitefield/ EC will lose out.
Now a days i don't see any journalism ethics in MEDIA , Media is just driven by either real estate /political companies .

TOI Group is a top most leader in the Paid news.
Either TOI gets huge commission or as many say they have invested or taken % shares in plenty of Real Estate Developers/projects/Forums. Even the Artha Properties is owned by TOI. They always provide(Pseudo)news
which gives a cosmetic & Sexy look which can influence the buyers easily who doesn't have the habit of doing
proper home work.

Another nonsense article from TOI. TOI/the author needs to travel from North bangalore towards city and vice-versa during peak hours to witness the huge traffic pile up at various juctions - Mekhri circle, Hebbal Flyover, Kodigehalli Gate etc before talking about the infrastructure and connectivity. From my personal experience, I can tell you that the traffic has become very bad this year and it is only going to get worse in the future as more and more people shift to north bangalore. There is a single road NH7 which has to bear all the traffic unlike South bangalore areas where I feel there are multiple roads which one can take.

@Praveen, rightly said. TOI is notoriously famous for publishing such paid articles. Because of such things people fall prey to their traps, especially outsiders who know less about the current situation.

You will be surprised to know that many media companies ( TV channels, newspapers, magazines) are owned by politicians or even worse arabs and foreigners (indirectly). Politicians also "own" construction, mining, land scams etc. Can you see the link? You can be certain news is either "paid" hence "Paid Media" or false/incorrect/selective to satisfy their masters.
