Getting a house constructed in Green Cascade Layout, Sarjapur road....if anybody would like to partner with us, to buy the construction materials can reach out... This can get some good deal/discount

Hi Swetha,
Buying construction material is more area specific, you can buy in bulk for many items like steel, cement, sand but you need to make sure both have sufficient storage area because any wholesale vendor will give good deal only on one time deliver terms. So if you don't have sufficient safe storage area it will be practically not possible every time to get good deal.

Swetha at what stage is your construction ?
May be in a months time my plan will be finalised and I will launch.
Still deciding on finishing material but I have a thought of buying marble from Rajasthan or MP .
Transport + GST can be justified only if material for one full truck is purchased. Approx 5000 Sq ft.
Do reply if in couple of months you have any plans to go for marble flooring.
Ofcourse my plan for Marble is subject to final design and finish.
As of now I am thinking of either Katni Marble (colour patterns) or Morvad/ Nirjana (white with some lines pattern)
