Recently a co-operative society specifically for the Bangalore based IT/ITES Sector employees has come and invited membership registrations from the eligible ones,(Those who doesn't own any non-movable assets i.e. Plot/House/Flat in Bangalore/members or any other co-op society), by paying Rs. 2,500(Refundable amount - excluding Rs.500 as Admin Charges).

similar to this there is one more society has already formed in the name of "Software Engineers and Doctors Housing Co-operative Society Limited" and they have formed layout near to vishveshwarayya layout.

Any idea about the above mentioned society ? means where they have finalized the layout and how they are i mean their experience...If anybody knows about this plz share

Right now , they're in the process of getting membership from the interested ones. They have couple of options like individual Plots, Apartments, Row Housing, Villas etc. After getting a good number of memberships, they are launching a poll from the registered members. Based on the members opinion & choice, they will finalize the location for their first project.

Currently, They've identified few locations with land size of approximately 50 acres and above in areas like Sarjapur Road, Bagalur(Near yelahanka)...etc.

I registered online a few days back and they are planning to announce a layout in Hoskote area in March/April. Do you have information about the location ? They also have plan for a layout on Mysore road.

I heard its in the hoskote-malur road...i believe its about 3-4 KM from hoskote towards malur...has anyone of you been to this part of the city before? also do you its worth investing here?
