Hi Everyone,

Would anyone be willing to share any insight about this project. I have already booked a site and am waiting for some more documentation from the builder(for my lawyer to complete verification). Its been more than 2 months and they have not yet been able to send a basic BIAAPA approval letter. I liked the project a lot but given their casual attitude, i am concerned now. Also since the past 3 months I do not see much progress made in the project. Has anyone received any updates from the builder towards the booking you all have made ? I assume you only currently have a sale agreement in place and have not yet been able to go for registration, right ?
