Review of Prabhavati Builders

Hi,
I am planning to buy an apartment in bangalore. My budget is 30-35 Lachs. I came to know about one property near Vijaya Bank Layout. Project is Prabhavati Heaven by Prabhavati Builders. Can anyone give me any info or this builder? Whether it will be safe to go ahead for the deal with this builder or not?
