have anyone bought flat in Arya Hamsa?
This is located in JP Nagar 8th Phase and this builder has completed 2 projects
named Arya Lotus and Arya Severia in Whitefield area.

Want to know reputation of the builder. Initially this project promised to be completed by Apr 12 now they have told 1st block will be in Dec 12. Booking going on for other blocks which is expected in next year.

Any information on reputation, value for money aspects, quality, sticking to the approved plan, providing all the amenities promised will be helpful.
