Is this area developing or will develop in another 3-5years?

I saw a site of 40*60 in Heraggadde village (2-3Kms from Banerghatta-Anekal road on SH87);
They quote for Rs.850-800 per sq.ft; Is this area developing? can I get this site for constructing and live in this area in another 3-5years?
Need your suggestions pls.
This site is a re-sale which was bought from golden paradise layout; Need reviews on this area also.
