Can one of you please update me on the price for 1 407-truck load of river sand nowadays here in Bangalore (West Bangalore/Rajajinagar side) ?
(We are starting with some alteration works in the bathrooms - replacing the ceramic wall tiles - and hence wanted to know the price).
PS: Do we really get river sand now?

Hi,
It is difficult to get the good river sand in 407/607 Tempos as they usually carry the Filter Sand or Mix sand. Only the known people can supply you the good sand but cost will be high.
As Msand for 407 Tempo would be around Rs. 4000 - 5000, so considering the cost of River sand higher,I can mention cost of Good River sand in the below range
1) 407 Tempo will be between 8000 - 10000/-
2) Tractor Load will be around Rs. 3300 - 4000/-
3) 6 Wheeler Truck would be around 40000/-
4) 10 Wheeler Truck would be around 70000 - 75000/-
This is for Harihar River sand and for Trichy add another 10K for 10 Wheeler truck

Tamilnadu is promoting river sand purchase through online channel.Can we source them for Bangalore location ? tnsand.in is the website .are there any additional state tax that has to be borne by the user in karnataka. have anybody gone through this process earlier .
or do we have similar online process in karnataka to procure river sand .
