Price hike in Construction Material?

My Builder has said that prices of Construction Material ( Cement, Steel, Red-Brick ) have gone high since the date of agreement ( May 2013) to present date.
Can anyone let me know the if the prices have really gone high during last few months, if so by what % ?

Can you provide a link where all the price trends of Construction Material will be shown.

Cement: Zuari 53 grade
Steel: Indus / Meenakshi

it is an open fact that material and labour charges are increased
approximately
Cement 3% to 5%
Steel 5%
Labor 15% to 20%
Fabrication workrs are also hiked for 5%
Tiles and ceramic products were gone up to nearly 5%

They have not gone up. In fact steel is now cheaper. For example, Indus Steel was around 48K in May is at 47K today.

sand is the only thing which has risen by Rs10,000 for a single load, earlier a ashok leyland truck costed 28,500 today costs 40,000

I heard there was price hike of Rs. 6 per bag across cement brands from yesterday, is it true?. I used to get Rs. 310 for Zuari opc 43 grade for min 50 bag purchase.

Yes my supplier also said same (six rupees hike ) for all brands of cement

Yes. My supplier said there is a price hike of Rs. 6 to 10 per bag. I usually buy Coramendal 53 (325/bag) / PPC (315/bag)
