Independent House Wanted

Hi Friends,
I am looking for an Independent House preferably on a 30x40 plot(clear titles - BDA site prefered) with areas such as : Vijayanagar, Nagarbhavi, Moodalpalya, Chandra Layout, Banashankari, Basaveshwara Nagar, Kumarswamy Layout, ISRO Layout, Uttarahalli, Rajajinagar, JP Nagar. It would be great if there is any option for providing rent either floor.
I dont mind if its new or old but my max budget including registration is Rs.56,00,000/- I am looking at clear titles as i am going with LIC Housing loan.
Kindly suggest me if you have any. Thank You!
