Looking for some direct house owners who are willing to sell their individual house (not Apartment/flats) in Bangalore. I tried many websites like commonfloor, housing, magic bricks, 99acres etc., but 90% of the time I end up interacting with either agents/brokers or builders who pose and post as individual owners in their Ads with whom I don't want to business with.

Requirements : A decent individual house with Minimum 2BHK for single family. Either a duplex house or single floor house would do. Not interested in Villas or row houses.
Budget : 50L to 60L (max) or best price according to any area.
Area: anywhere in Bangalore. Will decide/shortlist one house after having a look at many houses.
Should have clear documents /titles. Would like to skip houses with 'B-katha'.
