Looking to buy a 30*40 house in a good location for myself.
Site/Plot requirements:
> Should have clean titles / legal papers
> Should get bank loan
> Should have property id, and A khatha
> Should not have problem for water, electricity and good drainage system
> Should have good approach road to the location
> Surrounding house area should be good
