Feedback on Punarjani Tranquil

Hi,

Does any one have any opinion on Punarjani properties. It is in CarmelRam and before the Railway station. They have a Villa project called Punarjani Tranquil, they are quoting 85 lakhs for 1575 sq ft and 1800 built up area? Is it worth that much in that area.

I would not call it as a villa project as they have only 8 plots. Does anyone have any idea about the builder and their past projects.

Even i am interested at Punarjani Tranquil .Please let me know if anyone got any feedback on the same.
Currently they are quoting 3k per sft.what is the best price in that locality.

Hi,

I am also looking for any info about Punarjani Temple Bells at Carmelram, as well as any general info on Punarjani Builders.
Have anybody purchased any of their plots or villas?
Any information is appreciated.

i have visited their plot in sarjapur road 3 months back and seems to be a very slow development and B-katha Site.
They say A-Katha for whole layout, but indivudual site is B Katha.
What's the use if again if you need to pay betterment charges to BDA after you pay 3000 per sq ft!!
