Looking for information about Shri diya projects

I am looking for a house/ flat in Bangalore and my budget is around 70 lakhs. After visiting few home exhibitions in last two weekends , I am considering a 3 BHK flat in Shri Diya Viola, sarjapur road. The possession they are saying will be around March 2012 . Does any one have more information about builder or the porject
