Revised Guidance values for Papareddy Palya area as given below
BDA plots: Rs.2,500/sq.ft
CMC/BBMP Plots: Rs.2,000/sq.ft
Market value varies on the location and titles upto Rs.4,500/-

many of them are reveue sites.
Equally There are good layouts like ITI, MPM Layouts which are having very planned wide roads, Parks and common amenities, very close to the Outer Ring Road. Costs varies between Rs 3,500 to Rs. 4,000/sq.ft.
