Dear Friends.
Whats the current price for Vidhyaranyapura?
I had seen a site in Vidhyaranyapura.Its A-Khatha with BBMP approval. Broker's quoting is 2850/Sq Ft.
Is this price is ok?
Can we go head with A-Khatha With BBMP approval?
Please guide me.

I am familiar with Vidyaranyapura area since i am also looking for the plot in this area.
Is it Nanjundappa layout or Nanjappa layout?

How about the current land price at 7th Block, HMT LAYOUT, VIDYARANYAPURA.... This area is very close to BMTC bus terminus , Vidyaranyapura Police station and Double road is passing next to GKVK land boundary.... Also very close priximity to Yelahanka New Town.
