Hi Raghu,

I'm curious to know what are the value added services you provide other than a sitting with the proxy/real owner for negotiation(for your 2% charges).

Raghu,
We see that u have edited all your discussions in topic
http://www.mybdasites.com//viewtopic.php?f=23&t=308&p=1540#p1540
Is there a reason for it,do you want to keep your self away from Nirman shelter now or is there any other reason. When you resisted to disclose your self in all those discussions ,why are you leaving your contact number now.

Regards

Dear Raghu

Ball is in your court to create trust with all the members of this forum. We have already seen your biased responses related to Nirman shelters dispute thread, when a ditched customer voices his issue.

on your part, Even the Reputed Real Estate Firms which serves to our company and similar other Corporates and promptly gives (Tax)Receipts for all the transactions & pays service tax to the Government Charges only 1%. When you are say, your is 2% for a transaction, other than a meeting between the two parties, what are your "VALUE ADDED SERVICES" for the customers who approaches you ? Why are you hesitating to share with us ?

Does your 2% includes.....

1) Ensuring only genuine titled Properties to be shown to the customers ?

2) Legal verification of all the documents from a reputed Advocate for the customer at your cost ?

3) All Unofficial charges at the Registrar office along with the Stamp paper to be paid through the stamp vendor
(Excluding Stamp duty to be paid by the buyer)?

4) Do you take the personal responsibility of refunding or correction, in case any hidden things comes out after the transaction for the buyer ?

If you are a transparent and trustworthy professional, why are you hesitating to share the details asked by us and shying away?.
You are trying to get leads to make your profit than building confidence among us. There are many 1000s of members in this
forum and many more like me are interested to know such basic info, so its better to share the info, instead of asking me to give
a call to know personally. its for mutual benefit.
