I want to totally renovate my 15 yrs old apartment of 1050sq ft. Here is my requirement:

Tiles - hall, bedrooms, kitchen, toilets (vitrified to be laid on mosaic)
Doors, frames, fittings (standard, old ones to be removed)
Windows & frames (alumnimum sliding, old ones to be removed)
Plummbing fittings (standard)
Electrical fittings (standard)
kitchen platform, sink (granite, stainless steel)
minor repair (cement touching)
Paint (emulsion)

Quality expectation of materials & workmanship - Maintenance free for next 20 years.

It would help a lot to get some estimate on each line item.

Thanks a lot!

Hi,
For your costing purpose calculate at nothing less than 800/- per sft on your super built up area.toilets are calculated 1lac per toilet minimum in any budget.
Don't forget that you are taking up civil works in a old building where people are living.on a thumb rule 10% extra should be considered on a new construction costing.shifting, clearing debris, working hours make a major impact in your budget.
Unless a proper costing done, dont start any work.
