SF is 3bhk ( 3 bedrooms 1 kitchen and 1 living room)
TF & Fourth Floor same as above

Wardrobes with dressing table provision in 2 bedrooms and only wardrobes in 1 bedroom in all houses

False ceiling design in living rooms of all buildings

3 box type pooja space for 2nd 3rd n 4th floor

Modular kitchen ( 4 kitchens)

You need to give your requirement in terms of no of sq.ft work for each area and the material description ...etc
