One/Both side teak - flush door frame

Hi All,
I am planning to get BST (Both side teak) 4 doors for my house (main door and puja doors at made of burma teak).
What is the approx rate of BST per sqft - what would be the material used inside the teak lamination.
who are the vendors in south bangalore.?
Also - I have neem door frame fixed already - can I get teak finish for those frames ?
