Tile Protection

what is the best way to protect tiles from scratches when painters are carrying out painting job.

The tiles would damage when the drag the paint box or the stool or any other equipment.

What is the best affordable remedy

Can we get get some sheet on rent? if yes where and how much is it charged.

My contractor did a platser of paris ( PoP ) coating on top of the tiles.

make sure they do the POP job correctly, particularly over granite floors. If the protection paper or plastic under the POP is not laid correctly, you will have the POP set on the floor. On tile, it is easy enough to remove, but on granite, you will need to do acid wash and sometimes even that does not remove it.
