Re: Reference Needed
Praveen,
I stay on bannerghatta road. After a long hunt, i have got a guy who works for painting services company has agree to visit my house.
He is quoting 40 rs psf for re-doing the same color. 50 Rs PSF if it is different skin or color.
He is estimating 3 to 4 days of time to complete the job of 100 sq feet approximately. Over the phone he explained me some process that
invovled peeling off existing stuff, scrpping, filler, etc etc then polish with melamine spray.
Material used would be asian.
Is this reasonable?

Hi Amit_pearl2,
I know an interior designer who charges pretty much less than the above mentioned rates. They person is pretty honest and the quality of work is excellent.
However I am not sure if he takes up small works. In case you are interested you can PM me your number and I can forward you the contact details.
You can directly talk to him and check if he is willing to get your job done.
