Flush Doors with custom options

Hello,

I am planning for Niki Flush ones for all the internal doors. For kitchen, am planning for a split door. Meaning, the door needs to be horizontally cut into two. Top and bootom portions can be separately opened and closed. Any body has done this before or do we get it done like that from vendor itself ?

Also any brand flush doors come with the doorscope ( peep hole through a lens in the middle ) ?
