Need Painter to polish my teak door...

Hi All

I need a contact of good painter who can polish my teak door .

It was polished by one painter 3 years back but completely peeled off in just 6 months. I I heard just doing a normal hand applied polish won;t last long... How to do door polish in appropriate way so that it will last for long ? I am looking for way and guy who can do it?
