Can somebody knowledgable share some tips for granite buying
1. Have heard water cut, kerosene cut - what is difference, advantages/disadvantages of going for one vs other.
2. Sizes - have heard gang-saw, vertical cut etc - again what are relative advantages/disadvantages - see there is a big price difference.
3. Chemical treatment - see epoxy used everywhere to give gloss - does this last or dim over time ? Is it good to go for natural ones without epoxy ?
4. Have heard things like
- Dark red colour ones are non-natural colors due to chemical treatment and loose shine over a time. IS it best to avoid them ?
- Are there any which arent treated by chemicals?

I am also looking for inputs on granite buying.
Heard from a broker that water cut is better than kerosene cut. Not sure if that shine that is longer lasting shine.
