As an honest reply, it is extremely difficult to get direct owner, hence you need to contact many brokers/resellers........

It took me around 6 months to finally buy a BDA site at J.P nagar after meeting many brokers/resellers...

resellers are the main culprit in getting the prices jacked up by 200-300rs with every genuine transaction.
hope more n more sellers use the internet medium to reach out to buyers..
