Can any one tell me the market rate for JP NAGAR 9th PHASE 7th BLOCK South Facing Site..

max 1950 as its a south facing one...best would be 1750-1800 I believe.

watch out for the drainage in this block...i had looked at a couple of sites near the drainage ( so called "morri"), though one site apart, and in the evening, the mosquitoes were just unbearable for which reason , I had to back out. Water availability wise, this would be a good option as Anjanapura Lake is just nearby and its a comparatively low lying area...if the site is not near the drainage and if its about 1800 Rs , then go for it...would be a good deal , I feel...

Here is an add i found for a 30*40 south facing site in JP Nagar 9th phase 7th block for 15 lac. It is close to the lake he says. Anyone has any idea about the positives & negatives of this area? I mean I heard some part of area close to HM World city is like slum (near some theater).

Is the drainage for rain water purpose or it is just Morri always giving bad smell and contain all unwanted stuff.

I am looking for a property here...one I saw is one site away from the Morri which is North facing.

When I sent to sitting, he said he will not give until he find another site which he is looking for....This is kind of contradictory....how long I can wait...if didn't get what he is looking for, then I will be in complete mess.

Kindly suggest me on the above request as I got another alternative
