Thanks Avian for your kind reply. How are RLF phase 1-3? are they good enough that someone can build a house and live there? Are these layouts secured? I mean, are they gated and have security?

Thanks Avian for your kind reply. Can you also let me know how Phase1-3 are placed? Can someone buy a a resale site there and costruct a house immedietely? howz it wrt connectivity, safety, look and feel etc etc ?

RLF phase 1 and 2 are in JP nagar 8th phase and connectivity is pretty good.. They are OK but not gated . Heard that Phase1 was gated earlier. Ph 1 and 2 are almost together , so you can really differentiate unlesss you look at the plan. P3 is behind Nandi Gardens. THere are lot of houses and is readily livable.
