I am looking for a 40x60 site in JP Nagar 8th Phase, BDA allotted site. I prefer to buy directly from owner. Please contact me on .

Also please do advice me on which are in 8th phase is good for constructing a own house, well connected to main road. I saw some posts mentioning about metro/monorail and 100ft roads coming up in the area and some sites are notified. Please let me know such areas which should be avoided.

mono rail, metro rail etc... is all rumours...

1) Metro is coming to gottigere along bannerghatta road.
2) Monorail is proposed by NICE along the NICE road from electronics city to Tumkur.
3) The existing road is 80 ft road. Not sure about the 100 ft road though.

I am planning to buy a 40x60 plot along with my friends. Is it possible for 4 persons to buy one plot jointly and then construct a house? What we need to do, to get home loan for this joint construction? Also can we construct 4 floors on 40x60 (G for parking + 4florrs)?

No you can't home loan for 4 persons without any blood relation ( co-applicant should be relative like father, mother, brother, wife, children etc)

We have tried these options very long back. doesn't work........
