I have spoken to advertiser. This is a new construction. 3 people have come together and constructed there 3 BHK apartments and this one BHK apartment is part of Parking area which they have constructed illegally. There are no approvals for this flat. I am surprised how 3 educated people can think of doing this kind of thing.If well earning educated people do not follow the law, then who will follow the law. We only blame politicians and govt employees as corrupt. They became corrupt because of people surrounding them.

Following is the PM recieved in response to my email.

that was a nice advice, if i don't tell you truth and sell u something that
is wrong.
before you ask i told u what is it. that shows my honesty.
I strongly believe one thing, those people like who can't not do any thing
will talk like you, this is my personal experience I used to make these
kind of comments to many people.
Please don't give unnecessary advises to anyone.

Very glad to know, constructing a building by violating all norms and proudly claiming the same as an achievement in their life
to make money is also called as 'HONESTY'.

Folllowing is the another PM received from the same advertiser. I just tried to caution the members my conversation with the seller. My caution to fellow members the group is not to fall for cheap prices.Please follow the legal process to review the documents to protect hard earned money. Globally real estate law is tricky . They always say "Buyers beware" it is buyers responsibility to unearth the hidden problems.
