I have a 2 BHK flat at Manish Residency, JP Nagar 6th Phase, Opp to Hotel Inchar, Puttenahalli Main Road, comes with a basement car parking, cauvery water, security, lift, kids play area etc..facilities..
Can someone suggest me the best price I can expect from a potential buyer for this property? appreciate your inputs. thanks.

construction from Mahaveer group is not of good quality and problems within 5 years of construction.. so watch out b4 buying property there..
