Looking for an apartment for purchase

I am interested in purchase of an apartment. My requirements are :-
Preferred location : Jayanagar, JP Nagar I,II,III,V & 6 Phase,Rustam bagh in old airport road
Type : 2 or a 3BHK
Age of property : New or resale (1-6 yrs) having a good construction quality
Clear titles, Borewell as well corporation water
Budget : 35 Lakhs to 45 Lakhs

I am not sure if this matches your requirement .
off Bannerghatta road ,1.5 km inside from meenakshi temple
4 years old apt
3 bhk - 1226 sft - (2 br and kitchen semi furnished)
32 lac including parking,bescom,bwssb + registration extra
Papers are all clear, no khatta now since it was in panchayat and converted to bbmp

Hi,
Thanks for the prompt response.
But I would be approaching a nationalized bank for the homeloan.
Would they still agree without the BBMP khata ?
