Is that really worthy of paying more than 8000/sq ft even for corner or commercial site?

I am also wondering the same thing. With Rs. 8000 + / Square feet, the asset is fully priced for the next 3 years. Perhaps a few deep pockets are accumulating based on strategic information which is not yet public.

hi Movvvaaa , price depends on many factor , however 4th block is not much activity when compared to 5,6 3 and also its close to old settlement , revene, basthi etc ... to be fair it depends where exactly u got plot .. in case if u got across 80 feet and next 6th Block around fedral bank area then u might get higher when compared to another side where still its going around 2500-4000 rs ... if i may ask u what is the site number .. and it seems u r holding for more then 10 years did you got site appreciation as expected?
