SMV 2nd Block Owner Group?

Hi All,
Recently i brought site in SMV 2nd Block, want to know more about surrounding and upcoming development.Also is there any group/association for SMV 2nd Block so that i can join and know about development?
wish there were many other facility around that 100 feet road like bus/auto/ola/shopping/restaurant etc.

where in 2nd block? is it adjacent to NICE road Or nearby Dhananayakana halli village?
I am also belongs to 2nd block owner in SMV.

Is there any 2nd Block owners Association, If yes, I would like to become Member of the Association. I own 50*80 Site facing North and 80 feet Road, direct allottment and planning to dispose off if I get reasonably good price.
