Wanted to know the area around proposed BMTC Depot in SMV Layout 1st block, we've seen one site for buying and it's very close to 100 feet ring road but it looks like not many houses are built. Enquired with some of the houses built and they're telling looks to be very good location considering upcoming kengeri metro station is near by and other schools which are coming up.

We are looking to start construction in 6 months from now.

1st and 2nd block's are nice area but most of the land is acquired by some govt entities. But still much strategic location as it's closer to kengeri.

Do you know where exactly the bmtc Depot is coming ?
