Friends,

Just thought of initiating exchanging ideas & thoughts here.

Which blocks in SMV layout are developed and ready to move in, in your opinion with substantiate reasons..

Also, for the ones which are not developed so much yet, what time would it take to get developed and livable in your opinion.

This would be useful for all intending to move in/buy plots etc..

Regards,
Mahantesh

1st Block is most sought after because of its good location.

Immediate proximity to ring road as well as NICE road.

The 1st Block is well connected with 100 feet roads both sides

Number of buses rotating from KR Market and Majestic

Upcoming Metro Train station nearby

Lot of schools & colleges around within 1 km to 4 kms range

Every year 4 to 5 new houses are getting built and people are moving in very fastly.

Very much ready to move in. I moved in recently around 4 months ago. There are close to 15 hours that are under construction between King dine restaurant to National public school area.

Thanks sir for the update. I was checking on the map and it shows an Oxford College also nearby. Appears to be a good block.
Would it be right to assume that essential services like water, electricity supply and sewage disposal is already provided in this area?
Thanks again.
