30*20 or 30*40 sites

hi,
Can you please help me to get the subjected dimension sites in and around nagarbhavi area.

The other details are as follows

Site dimension: 30*20 or 30*40 sqft
Budget: 30 to 45 lacs
Preferred Location: Nagarabhavi, Malagala, ITI Layout, Pappareddy Palya, Annapoorneshwari nagar, Vishweshwaraiah Layout 8th Block etc..
Other: will go for a Bank loan.

Please contact me in case of any sites available which are in line with the above criteria

Guru,

You need to try hard to get a 20X30 size BDA/Approved site within your budget range in those specified areas.
In Nagarabhavi area, Price quoted is Rs. 8000 onwards per sq.ft. After the Ring road, price quoted
is in the range of Rs. 5000 to 6000 per sq.ft

For 30X40 Size, You can only try for a DC Converted/non-approved sites, but availing bank loan will become a bottleneck.

Hi,
I heard that the govt is increasing the guideline values of properties in bangalore. can anybody tell me what will be the effect on the market price of sites because of this.

If Guidance values are increased, then the market prices will also increase in my view...

Hi,

can you please let me know what is the price in 4th block SMV layout (small block) which is near to power grid station and adjacent to 100 ft road and Sonnenahalli Bus Stop, doddabasti main road.
